Counselling can be of benefit in the following situations:
Experiencing the effects of bereavement
Suffering with depression
Work issues such as bullying
Unhappy for no apparent reason
A loss of direction and much more
I appreciate that taking the first step to seek counselling can be daunting. Research shows that the single most significant factor in predicting the outcome of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and their client. To be able to trust and confide in their therapist, it is vital for the client to have a sense of safety and to feel comfortable. A good way to start is by picking up the phone and speaking to the therapist.
I ask each person to come for a FREE, initial meeting where we can both see how we feel about each other and you can ask questions face to face. It is important for you to feel comfortable with me.
I value your privacy - all calls and emails are dealt with by me alone and are strictly confidential
